Everything was nice, thoroughly enjoyed our lovely stay. King room for the ironing board to be put when opened, had basic facilities we needed. The breakfast was incredible with yogurt and 2 out of 3 cereals and muffins, and had all you need.

The breakfast was incredible for what was on offer with muffins, bacon. The location for West Springfield was good and magnificent, so close to the Turnpike, restaurants and travel destination and casino. Furthermore, close to eveything.

Room small,food in am was cols and very poor quality, desk people could have cared less if we were there . it took 3 calls to desk to get a wake-up call for morning(nobody answered the first 2) the room was dirty. fire doors left open(this after a recent fire ) location was in a scary are and hard to find with GPS. This is not our first Comfort inn but it may influence our choices in the future. the breakfast food was uneatable cold overcooked.

I liked the room I liked the clean room and the two TV sets. I also like they had extra towels, they did not have extra toilet paper, which is important. The breakfast was the best I have had when I traveled. I liked the selection of items and the juices. The tables were clean. The women who worked the breakfast was nice and helpful. Will stay there again......

Room was fine, breakfast was fine, the hi-fi worked
I had asked for a 1st Floor Room if no elevator as I have a handicap. That request was ignored and no such room was available when I arrived at about 6 PM. Getting to the second floor was difficult especially with a carryon suitcase.

Staff was friendly and helpful,rooms were very nice,beds were comfortable.Price was good.
Planned trip months prior and was looking forward to swimming and workout facilities,place had a fire and they were closed down,due to remodeling.I wish we were notified prior to checking in,would of booked else where to have these important needs for us.

Breakfast with bacon and muffins, for instance. Quiet, decent sized rooms with comfortable beds. Location so close to restaurants and travel destination, an alleyway, and casino.

Good place for a weekend getaway
The room was clean and surprisingly modern, had a spacious layout and super comfy bed. The breakfast staff was on top of things. I appreciated their efficiency a lot.
It wasn't inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for, and the stay was still worth it.
